Early-access terms.

1. The founding offer

The offer is for the first 50 eligible solo pool-service businesses that enroll when registration opens. $30 USD total covers your first three calendar months, starting when your first payment succeeds. This is one introductory payment, not $30 per month.

After those three calendar months, the solo subscription automatically renews at $35 USD per month until canceled. Checkout will show the renewal arrangement and request your agreement before payment. Request cancellation before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.

2. What the solo plan includes

• One field operator. One person enabled to perform service visits. An owner who services pools uses that place. Office-only users do not count as field operators.
• Up to 40 unarchived pools. An attached spa shares its pool's place. A separately serviced standalone spa uses a separate place.
• Only archiving releases a pool place. Seasonal or temporarily inactive pools still count until explicitly archived. Archived pools keep their service history without using capacity.

The solo plan does not include additional field-operator capacity, a paid marketing-service package or an annual subscription. A different plan or separately quoted service would be presented for you to choose before payment.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation of future renewals by emailing aegmediacenter@gmail.com before your next renewal. Include your business name and the email used for your Pool Parrot account so we can identify the subscription. Do not email passwords or card details.

You are eligible for a full refund of your first payment if you request it within 14 days of that payment. Email a refund request with your business name and account email.

These requests are handled by AEG LLC. This website does not currently offer an automated refund or cancellation form.

4. A product we are continuing to build

Pool Parrot is in development. Features marked planned, preview or coming soon are not included as completed capabilities. Review the current release and what it supports before enrolling. The founders offer is not a promise that every planned feature will be delivered by a particular date.

Your Pool Parrot business subscription is separate from any future feature that would let your pool-service business collect payments from its own customers. AEG's media and marketing services are also separate and are not included in this subscription.
